Between airport and station
An Khe is a west central belt whose value comes from being between the airport, station and northern roads. It is a practical local area with housing and arterial frontage, not a beach or riverfront lifestyle district. The main roads make it connected, while the inner lanes provide the more residential version of the address.
The map has no rent or expat research. Ask about motorbike parking, road noise and the route to the places you use daily. An Khe suits a working resident who values central west bank access and is comfortable travelling by motorbike or taxi. I would view the lane at night before committing, especially if the room faces a connector.
Its strength is position. Its compromise is that position brings traffic, shops and little separation between public road and home. That is a fair trade for the right commute, but not a reason to choose it sight unseen.
