For someone hoping to arrive in Brunei and immediately find a walkable social district, it is likely to feel thin.

The boundary on a map is less important than the way the two names and their roads merge into one set of practical choices. The presence of two substantial education addresses makes Serusop particularly worth considering for a household whose school pattern belongs on this side of the capital.
It does not remove the need for an exact viewing. A school nearby can mean a convenient morning, or a traffic pinch point, depending on the road and the gate you use. Visit at the time you would leave home, and ask the school directly about transport arrangements and collection. That is more valuable than a vague promise of being “close to schools”.

Serusop rewards someone who sees a good home as the anchor of a route, rather than someone expecting the neighbourhood itself to provide the evening’s entertainment.
