Pasig families, local businesses, civic workers and renters who prefer a town centre to a tower district will understand it. It is less convenient for a household commuting in several directions. There is no rail station inside the area record, so a road or bus plan is part of the lease.
Would I live here?
Yes, if my daily life were in Pasig and I wanted a local centre with history. I would inspect the road during market hours, ask about flood and drainage history, and choose the home rather than the label. Pasig Poblacion is a place with a past still in use, not a finished lifestyle scheme.
