Yes, for a resident who appreciates a working district and does not mind commerce close to home. I would avoid the busiest shop frontage and ask how the property is affected by deliveries. Cibaduyut is strongest when you understand its production economy rather than expecting a visitor’s shopping street to behave like a residential suburb.
