Newer housing should still be checked for maintenance, parking and construction noise between phases. Ask what facilities are open now rather than relying on a brochure.

It attracts local families and newer township households. The social scene is development-based; neighbours can be easy to meet, but it is not a walkable mixed-use village.

Space and newer facilities are the appeal. Test the drop-off route and the everyday grocery run because both can be longer than the development map implies.

New does not automatically mean connected. The township is convenient when your routine fits the northern corridor and less so when it points south every day.
Would I live here?
Yes for a family working or studying north of town. I would compare the commute carefully before choosing it over Ipoh Garden.
