The short version
Vong La is a north eastern growth area of villages, industrial land and newer residential projects. It is more edge of city than city centre. The right resident will value space and a local setting; the wrong one will spend too much of the week travelling between disconnected destinations.
Inspect the road outside the project and the route to the nearest established market. Industrial traffic, construction and open land shape the experience. Families should plan school transport in detail. Vong La is easier when work is already north or east.
I would consider it for a long term edge of city home. I would not recommend it as a casual central base.
